Prohibited Items Policy

To protect our buyers, sellers, platform integrity, and community mission, Community Project Online LLC/communityprojectonline.com strictly prohibits the sale, listing, or promotion of the following items.
I. Illegal or Regulated Items
You may not list any item that:
- Violates any local, state, federal, or international law
- Promotes or facilitates illegal activity by third parties
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, predatory, or unfair
- Poses risk of chargebacks, penalties, or legal consequences
This includes:
- Illegal drugs or narcotics
- Prescription medications and devices
- CBD or hemp-derived products
- Drug paraphernalia or grow tools (e.g., cannabis seeds)
- Alcohol of any kind
- Tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaporizers (even nicotine-free)
II. Food, Health & Beauty Products
- Homemade food or drinks
- Supplements, diet aids, or protein powders
- Home remedies or unapproved ingestibles
- Homemade or opened cosmetics
- Products with unverified medical claims (e.g., "cures cancer", "free energy")
III. Weapons, Ammunition, Explosives & Defense Items
- Firearms, firearm parts, BB/airsoft guns
- Ammunition or reloading equipment
- Knives (switchblades, butterfly, concealed, etc.)
- Explosives or flammable materials
- Self-defense or military-grade weapons (e.g., tasers, brass knuckles)
Note: Kitchen cutlery and multi-tools are permitted.
IV. Explicit, Occult, or Ethically Banned Content
- Pornographic or obscene materials
- Sexually explicit items (toys, fetish gear, etc.)
- Adult magazines or DVDs
- Any media, games, or art involving horror, magic, witchcraft, or demonic/occult themes
- Discriminatory or hate-promoting content
V. Human and Animal Products
- Human body parts, fluids, organs, cells, or soiled items (e.g., used underwear)
- Live animals of any kind
- Animal products derived from endangered or threatened species
- Taxidermy or parts (teeth, bones, claws, pelts) from protected species
VI. Hazardous, Recalled, or Shipping-Restricted Items
- Products recalled by manufacturers or safety regulators
- Items requiring special handling not declared (e.g., aerosols, lithium batteries)
- Items banned by USPS, FedEx, or UPS: nail polish, perfumes, aerosols, unlabeled lithium batteries
VII. Digital or Virtual Goods
- Ebooks, PDFs, download codes
- User-generated content (e.g., mods, templates)
- Online game accounts or add-ons
VIII. Dropshipping & Items Not in Seller Possession
- Listings fulfilled by third parties (dropshipping)
- Ads for items not currently in your possession
- Coupons or vouchers for future items
- "Mystery boxes" containing unknown or unverified items
IX. Electronics with Data/Access Issues
- Devices with stored data or media from previous owners
- Laptops, phones, or tablets not factory reset
- Devices not properly wiped of accounts, passwords, or personal data
X. Financial Instruments & Gambling
- Cryptocurrency and mining equipment
- Bonds, securities, prepaid cards, or gift cards
- Currency exchange services
- Raffles, lottery tickets, pull tabs, or mystery "winnings"
XI. Counterfeit, Stolen, or Trademark-Infringing Goods
- Fake or replica branded goods
- Trademarked items used deceptively (e.g., "inspired by Nike")
- Items using branded parts (e.g., Chanel buttons in handmade jewelry)
- Items with copyrighted characters/logos without license
- Stolen goods or items suspected of being stolen
- Gift cards for online services
XII. Uniforms & Government-Issued Gear
- Current airline/airport uniforms (e.g., TSA, flight crew, pilot gear)
- Government or military-issued gear restricted from resale
XIII. Seasonal & Holiday Items
Listings of merchandise explicitly themed to specific seasons, festivals, or celebrations are not permitted. Prohibited items include:
- Christmas decorations, ornaments, and related festive products
- Easter-themed goods, novelty items, or décor
- Halloween costumes, masks, and holiday-specific accessories
- St. Patrick's Day apparel, décor, or symbolic merchandise
XIV. Religious & Theological Exclusions
In alignment with our company's faith-based values and commitment to the commandment against idolatry, the following are prohibited:
- Any form of idol or worship imagery, including statues, icons, or artistic depictions of divine beings or sacred figures
- Listings that present religious figures or symbols as objects of veneration or worship
- Artwork, statues, or depictions of Jesus Christ or any other thing that would be considered a divine being or sacred figure
XV. Platform Abuse or Policy Violations
Listings that:
- Mislead or deceive buyers
- Create chargebacks or fraud risk
- Damage Community Project's reputation or violate user trust
- Violate our Sabbath/Holy Day closure policy
- Circumvent listing or transaction rules
XVI. Final Notes
Community Project Online LLC/communityprojectonline.com reserves the right to remove any listing at our sole discretion, even if not listed above.
Violations may result in: removal of listings, reduced visibility, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.
