Seller Agreement

1. INTRODUCTION

This Seller Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Seller", "you", or "your") and COMMUNITY PROJECT ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of our marketplace services for selling products through our platform.

By registering as a seller on our platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you may not register as a seller or use our services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To become a seller on our platform, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid email address and phone number
Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Have a valid bank account or payment method to receive payments
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to reject any seller application or terminate any seller account at our sole discretion.

3. SELLER ACCOUNT

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Update your information promptly if any changes occur
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Not share your account credentials with any third party
Not create more than one seller account without our express permission

4. PRODUCT LISTINGS

When listing products on our platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your products
Upload clear and representative images of your products
Set fair and competitive prices
Accurately describe the condition of your products
Specify any applicable shipping restrictions or requirements
Maintain adequate inventory to fulfill orders
Update product listings promptly if any changes occur

We reserve the right to remove any product listings that violate this Agreement or our community guidelines.

5. PROHIBITED ITEMS

You may not list or sell the following items on our platform:

Illegal items or items that promote illegal activities
Counterfeit or unauthorized replica items
Items that infringe on intellectual property rights
Hazardous, dangerous, or recalled items
Weapons, firearms, or ammunition
Drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
Adult content or sexually explicit materials
Items that promote hate, violence, or discrimination
Personal information or data
Any other items prohibited by law or our policies

6. FEES AND PAYMENTS

By selling on our platform, you agree to pay the following fees:

A commission fee of 15% on each successful sale
Any applicable payment processing fees
Any applicable shipping fees if using our shipping services

Payments for your sales will be processed according to the following schedule:

Funds will be available for payout 7 days after a successful delivery
Minimum payout amount is $20
Payouts are processed within 3-5 business days

We reserve the right to withhold payments if we suspect fraudulent activity or violations of this Agreement.

7. ORDER FULFILLMENT

When you receive an order, you agree to:

Process and fulfill the order within the timeframe specified in your listing
Package items securely and appropriately
Provide tracking information when available
Communicate promptly with customers regarding any issues or delays
For local pickup items, coordinate with the customer and our store for a smooth pickup process

Failure to fulfill orders in a timely and professional manner may result in penalties, including account suspension or termination.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You agree to comply with our returns and refunds policy, which includes:

Accepting returns for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from their description
Processing refunds promptly when returns are approved
Communicating clearly with customers about return procedures
Bearing the cost of return shipping for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from their description

We reserve the right to process refunds on your behalf if you fail to address valid customer complaints.

9. RATINGS AND REVIEWS

Customers may leave ratings and reviews for your products and services. You agree to:

Not manipulate ratings or reviews through fake accounts or incentives
Not harass or intimidate customers who leave negative reviews
Address customer concerns professionally and constructively

We reserve the right to remove ratings or reviews that violate our policies or appear to be fraudulent.

10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your seller account if:

You violate any terms of this Agreement
You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
You receive consistently poor ratings or reviews
You fail to fulfill orders or process refunds
You provide false or misleading information
You are inactive for an extended period

You may terminate your seller account at any time by contacting us, subject to fulfilling any outstanding orders and obligations.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or relating to your use of our platform or this Agreement.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount of fees we have collected from you in the six months preceding the claim.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless COMMUNITY PROJECT and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your violation of this Agreement
Your products or listings
Your interactions with customers
Your violation of any laws or regulations
Your violation of any third-party rights

13. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of our platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes to this Agreement.

14. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Fulton County, Indiana.
